Toni Federico

I make things with my hands. I teach other people how to use project management skills to thrive in their own practices and build courses to share their expertise. And when I'm not doing all of that, I write novels about complicated women exploring their identities in worlds that want to tell them who to be.

For years, I've worked as a corporate project manager, curriculum designer, and freelance artist. Now I split my time between a bench covered in linen thread and bone folders, a notebook where all my novels start longhand, and a Zoom call with someone trying to turn their expertise into a course that actually teaches something.

CREATES

You're a fountain pen enthusiast tired of your ink bleeding through pages. You want unique journals that offer a story in the making, not just the pages, because the act of journaling is as much an experience as the words you're writing.

If the page you write on matters as much as the words you put on it, this is your path.

WRITES

You want stories about women finding themselves in the middle of trauma, love, family, and the whole beautiful mess of being alive. Women determined to become who they were always meant to be, no matter what life throws at them.

If you want fiction that doesn't flinch, this is your path.

TEACHES

You've got half a course sitting in a folder you feel guilty about, and a nagging sense the content's fine but something is off, you just don't have the words for it yet.

If you want someone who's actually run projects and taught real students, not a coach with a template, this is your path.

P.S. I still take on freelance design work outside the bindery. If that's what brought you here, get on my calendar.
